How to build muscle

Building muscle mass involves two things, calorie intake and your ability to burn those calories. When you burn those calories, it turns into muscle. But if you don’t exercise and you let those calories go to waste, it turns into fat. That’s the problem these days, many people would eat a lot of food and take in a lot of calories and just let it sit there. Overtime the fat would build up and it would become a big problem for people.

After eating food or drinks that contains calories, it’s important that you do exercises and increase your body activity. Exercising is what turns the fat into muscle. It’s only going to be effective if you’re going to exercise daily. After you finish exercising, be sure to get some rest.

Your diet is also an important factor in muscle building. You gain more muscle mass by consuming a lot of protein. Eating meat, eggs, and drinking milk would help a lot. You can’t just eat meat. You have to have a balanced diet. It is important that you consume a balanced amount of vitamins. Besides eating meat, eat beans, collard greens, carrots, potatoes etc.
